چکیده
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are frequently detected in soil. Their biological toxicity and carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic effects pose a great threat to the ecological environment human health. Firstly, sources, physicochemical properties, environmental hazards of PAHs reviewed this paper, then their pollution status different methods for detection soil described detail. The remediation technologies treat field farmland compared, technical factors influencing phytomicrobial contaminated evaluated most comprehensive way. mechanisms PAHs-contaminated under conditions innovatively discussed. Additionally, regulation mechanism enzymes involved plant microbial degradation soils is studied. This first study on enzyme review. aim paper review status, technologies, mechanisms, biodegradation actions creatively provides reliable support strengthening management.

Strategies for Remediation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons from Contaminated Soil-an Overview
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are one of the most prevalent contaminants having toxicity, mutagenecity and carcinogenicity. Pollution caused by PAHs is a serious problem throughout the world. To solve the problem, substantial research efforts have been directed worldwide to adopt sustainable technologies for the treatment of PAHs containing soil. PAH compounds are transferred, degrade...
متن کاملBiodegradation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in Petroleum Contaminated Soils
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are a class of potentially hazardous chemicals of environmental and health concern. PAHs are one of the most prevalent groups of contaminants found in soil. Biodegradation of complex hydrocarbon usually requires the cooperation of more than single specie. In this research biotreatment of PAH (phenanthrene) was studied in a solid-phase reactor using indigenou...
متن کاملActivity of Arylsulphatase in Soil Contaminated with Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons
An experiment has been performed to determine the activity of arylsulphatase in soil submitted to pressure of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons: naphthalene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and pyrene, in the amount of: 0, 1,000, 2,000, and 4,000 mg kg-1 dm of soil. Soil samples were also applied some organic substances, such as: cellulose, sucrose, and compost, in the amount of 0 and 9 g kg-1 dm...
متن کاملUrease Activity in Soil Contaminated with Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons
Urease activity was determined in soil contaminated with four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs): naphthalene, phenanthrene, anthracene, and pyrene in the amount of 0, 1,000, 2,000, and 4,000 mg·kg DM soil. Organic materials – cellulose, sucrose, and compost – were applied to the samples in the amount of 0 and 9 g·kg DM soil. The experiment was carried out in a laboratory, and soil samples...
متن کاملTransport of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in a Calcareous Wetland Soil
Knowledge of transport and degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is important in assessing PAH contamination of soils and water resources. The transport of naphthalene, anthracene, pyrene and phenanthrene was determined in a contaminated calcareous soil obtained from the Shadegan wetland (Khozestan, Iran) considering a column study in laboratory conditions. The PAHs were added ...
